How it works:

  • Clarity is key when it comes to publishing! How will your book change your life? How will it further your legacy? Why is it important?

Big or small, your goals will guide every decision you make, from start to finish.

  • The concept for your book can be as straightforward and pragmatic as determining what you want your book to do for you and your career.

To determine the right content for your book (e.g., which images or writings to include), pay attention to what supports the concept.

  • Money is just one part of the publishing equation. Other resources include your time, energy, skills, and network, to name a few. Identify any and all things that you (and others) can bring to your book.

  • There is A LOT of information to consider when it comes to publishing . . . the options can seem both vague and overwhelming. Understanding which options make the most sense for you, your book, and your legacy requires determination, research, and patience.

  • Review your goals, concept, content, resources, and options as they relate to the main publishing models, and your path forward will be clear.

  • Nancy's help was indispensable for the progress of my book! She will be my go-to person for any kind of project management and editing services in the future.

    - Abbey Hepner, photographer

  • Nancy has a unique expertise when it comes to understanding artists and navigating the publishing world. She really attuned to my specific project, sensed my opportunities and challenges, and supported me in meeting my goals. Her humor, wisdom, and care are unparalleled and deeply appreciated. I can't recommend Nancy enough!

    - Erin Elder, artist and writer

  • As an artist who has collaborated with Nancy on multiple projects, I can attest to her extraordinary talent and dedication as a writer, editor, and publisher. She consistently provides insightful feedback, and her professionalism is matched by her warm, encouraging, and enthusiastic demeanor, making every project not just a success, but also a lot of fun.
